Help please?

Well I got my G1 just a few weeks ago and it was working perfectly fine.
Then today while I was at the park it randomly started malfunctioning.

I couldn't open anything; my contacts,pictures,etc. So I turned it off.

When I turned my phone back on music started randomly playing and I couldn't get it to stop unless I set the setting to silence, and all my contacts were gone. So I turned it off multiple times.

After turning my phone off a few times everything looked fine EXCEPT my home button wasn't working. I could make calls to other people but I can't receive any incoming calls.

I tried going to settings but still no change ]:

Can anyone help me with this problem? I'm really frustrated. :(:mad::(

611 is tmobile support number. have you tried what was suggested? wiping your phone? setting to factory defaults?
