Hi There,
Can anyone help me out in knowing the cache size of the G1 browser ?
Also is there any way to modify the G1's browser cache size ?

Hey,
To view the size of your G1 brower you can look it up at the setting tab
Go to
System Settings > Applications >Manage Applications > Brower

and then you can view the cache of your browser and there's a button to clear your cache also.
An Alternative way to modifty the Cache is moving the cache from your internal memory to your SDCARD
you must have root in order to do this.
once you have root you can download this app thats "FREE"
link.

Hi ,
For some reason i can see under "System Settings > Applications >Manage Applications > Browser" only the following fields :
Application info
storage
launch by default
permissions
Basically there is no cache field .Any idea ??

i think in order to show the cache field for you, you must use the browser to cache some pages and then you can look it up.
you can also clear the cache while your in the browser just go to setting and you can see a clear all cache menu.
