View Full Version : ALLIANCES, GOOGLE with Tmobile, MICROSOFT owns APPLE trying to buy out Yahoo.

A few months ago in the corporate business, since i am a buyer for my company, I was reading online that microsoft was trying to buy out yahoo... now that was kind of fishy... Its like goggle with t-mobile... since APPLE and Microsoft are one in the same but different companies and they are allied with AT&T... I was wondering if Microsoft was trying to do the same like goggle and t-mobile... you know the internet business with the street view's although i never check yahoo that much because i goggle everything... it seems that microsoft knew what was coming and to make yahoo as the goggle for AT&T for the iphone will give an excessive sales... but microsoft has to come up with a similar android platform like the android platform that has already begun to invade ppls minds....

DID anyone knew about what was going on between all these big time corporate ppl trying to battle it out for the mobile internet arena!!!!!

yea, right. like that's gonna happen anytime soon. they still have trouble devoloping desktop os's. xp rocks for me, i'm satisfied with it. then vista? what did they do? hire bums off the street to code vista? don't hold your breath waiting for an open source,stable mobile platform from ms.granted, alot of people complain about winmo, but for me,it works. my tytn very,very rarely locks up. it does what i need it to do. but android is going to do it better. plain and simple.

I havent heard anything but i just read on the newpaper this weekend yahoo might end up advertising for google in the future if all goes as planed,. both companies are in the middle of negotiating and doing all the legal procedures.

There arent anything going on with Google and Tmobile really. They are only connected through Android. Sooner or later Android will be on Sprint and ATT.

just so we're clear, I wasn't making fun of anyone... I just found it funny while reading it... "Goggle with T-Mobile"... sounded funny.

This is old news.

Google choose to release Android OS first on T-Mobile but they are going to release it on Sprint next year. Verizon have no plans to have it and AT&T is going to keep an eye on it.

It's unlikely AT&T will carry it though since they have the iPhone. By the time they do carry it, iPhone probably will be available on other carriers.

Microsoft don't own Apple. I think they only have 49% or less on them.

The deal between Microsoft and Yahoo did not go though but it may go though in the future.
