Unlocked Vodphone Magic Question???

If I purchase an unlocked Vodaphone Magic, does anyone know if I will still be able to access the US app market I currently can with my T-Mo G1?

I was thinking of snagging one off eBay, but not sure if the Market will be just UK.

couldnt you just flash US cupcake if you have a prob ? or is not having a keyboard an issue with trying that ? hmmm...
