thanks for the video. i like how they said they came there ready to bash on the phone, and after, they had really nothing bad to say about it. usually when people go somewhere with the pre-desposition of failure, they usually continue to dislike it no matter what they see, good or bad. sweet!

A days worth of battery life is awesome. When I tried out the iphone 3G it gave me about 6 hours. I wasn't even doing much; a couple of calls, website visits, and some texting. That was the most horrible thing about it, that and of course the reception (compared to verizon). The only thing going for it is the eyecandy.

Can't wait try out the G1.

Did I miss an announcement that the USB port on the G-1 is a standard mini-usb? I thought it was going to be HTC's proprietary one. If so, that is great news, at least I'll have a charger or two that will already work for this thing.
