i switched back to 5.0.2Hr5-A2SD and i realized it has a feature tat they should of put in the official one. The feature is vibrating when someone answers the call, its not a feature i would have to have but its pretty nice

that guy was posting that he was calling them everyday to "encourage t-mobile to release future updates by link"... in other words he was harrassing the csr's. if he got the same one a few times, she probably told him about a delay to brush him off and get him to stop calling.

No need to root(if you dont want to that is). This worked for me(see link) and as always there is the availability to return to rc33.

Ok now I'm runing android 1.5 UK version and actually I'm typing on te screen keyboard, hopefully the US version will come up with something extra, this is not really impresivre, emoticons on text messages really surprise me, the rest ...... no big deal ppt, pdf, doc attachments still poorly viewed, gmail little improved but regular email app still the same, Ill be thiinking in android 2.0 from now and going back to RC33 until the US update comes real

You don't have to root. Just download the UK cupcake and install it like you would install the US version manually.

Simple, easy, and will get you through until the US cupcake comes.
