Yeah, I'm on RC30, but it took me a long time to get there. I had RC19 as recently as a couple of weeks ago, then jumped straight to 30.
Also, wanted to throw out that I haven't seen this at all with Yahoo, only Google. Then again, I don't often go to Yahoo's homepage.
