Yes, you can stream music on your G1. Go to
www.orb.com and download the desktop client. Then go to
http://mycast.orb.com, enter your username and password, then you can access your home music collection and stream it to your phone through your G1 web browser. I've been using it for a few days and it works excellent. I read in another forum that orb is going to release a native application into the marketplace soon to make accessing your home music collection easier. I'm currently in san diego, and I'm accessing my music collection that's about 120 miles away.
