Last time we heard from eyeSight was when the company rolled out the Natural User interface for Android devices back in June of 2010. The company is back with a new gesture user interface for Android devices that can turn hand gestures into commands on the tablet.

The technology will also run on Windows tablets, it uses the 2D camera on the Android tablets, and needs no camera upgrade of any sort to operate. Using the gesture technology the user can control all sorts of tablet functions like the music and video players, games, and lots more.

The app uses real-time image processing and machine vision algorithms. The software can be installed on portable devices and allows the user to get a new navigation experience. It will work on mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, netbooks, and lots more. The tech promises low CPU and memory needs and is independent of the processor and camera hardware.
