Before it has even launched, Need For Speed: No Limits – the newest installment of the famous car racing game franchise – has already been making waves all over the intarwebs because of a controversial new feature within the game – which is the gas/fuel limitation. Quietly, gaming giant Electronic Arts (EA) has soft launched the game in a few regions, with the fuel feature supposedly in the game.

If you’re in the US, then we can say that you’ll get no chance as of now to test this out. We can confirm that Need for Speed: No Limits is available in the Netherlands and Taiwan, as of now. Maybe you can try clicking on the source link below if the game installs for you, so we can see if there are other locations that have been green lighted by EA for the soft launch.

Need for Speed: No Limits is rumored to have a gargantuan amount of car customization options – with the game saying that there are over “250 million combinations of parts, including the latest licensed body kits from Rocket Bunny, Mad Mike, and Vaughn Gittin Jr”. Well, we won’t know until we get our hands on it, would we now?

As for the fuel feature, a few users from the Netherlands and Taiwan have confirmed that it is indeed in-game. The basic premise is that you have to wait for fuel refills to play some more once you run out – or you can buy through IAP. Once the game officially launches, there will most likely be online races, but that feature is not yet active as of now.
