Droid Bionic gets discounted on AmazonWireless

Early this month we got our mitts on the new Motorola Droid Bionic for review. Cory figured at the end of the review that this is one of the best Android devices out there, assuming you can live with the fact that Motorola locks the phone down. If you want to get yourself a new phone and the Bionic is the device for you, Amazon has it at a surprisingly discounted price.

Considering the phone just landed, we didn’t expect to see the discounts go this low so quickly. You can get the Bionic via AmazonWireless for $149.99 with a new 2-year Verizon contract. The phone also includes a $50 gift card with purchase. Before, the phone would have cost you $179 with no gift card — not to mention it runs $299 at Verizon stores.

Once you get the $50 gift card you are essentially paying under $100 for one of the best Android phones we have tested. The phone runs Android 2.3, has a 1GHz dual core processor, 4.3-inch screen, 16GB of memory and a 16GB microSD card, WiFi, GPS, and lots more.
