If you’re a user of the Box application on your Android smartphone, a new update is available on Google Play. Box is an application designed to make it easy for users to share, access, and edit files and stay connected with a team of other users. The application is particularly effective for sharing files with coworkers, keeping presentations at your fingertips, and commenting on documents that other users upload.

The application for Android users has been updated to version 2.1.5. The update brings with it some nice new features including the option to customize permissions for newly created shared links. The update also brings the ability to preview audio and video files.

The ability to preview media files such as audio and video offerings has been a feature that many users of Box had been missing for a long time. One catch is that to be able to preview video, you do need a Box Enterprise Account.

The update also adds a Polish translation and a Hebrew translation. The updated app is available for download at no cost now and still includes 5 GB of free storage. Check out the video below for more details and the updated app.
