Best Buy offers free Android phones for Christmas

Best Buy has announced some really cool free phone deals for new customers or those that are looking to upgrade in time for gift giving. The best part about the free phones is that other than a single Blackberry offering, all of the free smartphones are running Android. That sole Blackberry is the Curve, which looks like an epic pile of suck next to the Android devices.

We aren’t talking just one or two phones on a single carrier either. Best Buy will be offering at no charge the HTC Droid Incredible on Verizon, the LG Optimus S on Sprint, and the HTC Aria on AT&T. The Optimus S on Sprint is offered in black or purple colors for more choice.

If AT&T is your network of choice, you can also get the Sony Ericsson Xperia and Verizon users can opt for the LG Ally with its slide out keyboard. T-Mobile fans can get the LG Optimus T in titanium or burgundy colors. Rounding out the choices are the LG Vortex for Verizon and the Sanyo Zio on Sprint.
