AT&T recently announced that it would be carrying the LG G3 Vigor, a kind of step down version of the Korean manufacturer’s flagship device the LG G3. Now AT&T is announcing that the phone will be available for customers to buy online and via retailers starting September 26.

The LG G3 Vigor is basically the LG G3 Beat that was rebranded for US shores. It’s powered by a 1.2Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor supported by 1GB of RAM – this should be enough for users who browse and play the odd casual game on their smartphone. The LG G3 Vigor also carries a 5-inch 1280×720 HD IPS display.

All that said, it is still a quality mid-range phone which carries the panache of LG’s premium devices, and all of the ingenious software features LG users have grown to love. The control buttons at the back, hardly any bezel at all on the face of this device, and the highly-acclaimed Knock Code.

The LG G3 Vigor will be available to AT&T customers at USD$50 on a two-year contract and USD$335 off contract. AT&T is also bundling the Vigor with the LG G Pad 7.0 tablet for an additional 99 cents on your two-year contract, which is a good deal for a 7-inch LTE-capable tablet with a quad-core processor. The bundle is available for a limited time only.
