The massive tablet that is the Samsung Galaxy View is meant for video watching and streaming. That is why there’s little focus on the cameras because people may not have many use for them except well, for taking more selfies with the whole family. This tablet is meant for the entertainment needs of a household or a classroom.

The Samsung Galaxy View is something you can bring from the living room to the kitchen to the bedroom for your viewing pleasure but not always outside the home. You can still use it though when making presentations for school or work. Obviously, you just can’t slid it inside your pocket or bag but the handle and kickstand at the back makes it portable.

If you have already have DIRECTV, you can still avail of the Galaxy View for the same price.

AT&T is also offering the Samsung Galaxy View with no downpayment but with a $30 monthly fee for the next 20 months under an AT&T Tablet Installment Plan. Retail price is $499.99 with a two-year contract which is lower than the first price detailed.
