Some new details and rumors are starting to hit the streets regarding not only the highly anticipated Galaxy Note, but of two other Android devices all headed to AT&T. We have now learned of a leaked Q1 2012 roadmap of AT&T’s smartphone devices and of them is the Galaxy Note hitting the streets February 18th for just $299 on contract.

According to some leaked information to the folks at BGR AT&T will in fact have three Android devices they are launching to start off 2012. Along with the 5.3″ Galaxy Note we are now hearing there will be a few budget and mid-range devices such as the Samsung Rugby Smart on the low end for $99, and the AT&T Fusion for a mere $129 with new contracts.

Recent press images that leaked of the AT&T 4G LTE powered Galaxy Note hinted at a February 14th launch date based on the on-screen widgets but these new leaks suggest the wait will only be a few more days. Being able to get the powerful and almost tablet sized Note with 4G LTE for only $299 sounds like a pretty good deal to me. If you’ve been waiting for this phone then relax, the wait is almost over.

As soon as we hear anything that confirms the details we’ll be sure to update, not to mention digging for more details on the Rugby Smart and Fusion.

  1. An oversized phone that wanted to be a tablet that can’t fit in your pocket. How do you carry it around. It sure won’t fit in your pocket. What a great product Samsung. You are also stupid for buying it. I bet you will hate in a week.
2012 stupidest new product goes to galaxy note (samsung will get samsunged).
Good lock to anyone who buys it. (I hope you hate it) I also hope you also decide to buy a iPhone and iPad.

    • If you dont act like a man loving man and wear skinny jeans then it will fit in your pocket. and no one wants an iPhone or an iPad. apple can suck my nuts. I cant wait to get this phone. and i know ill love it.

    • Typical. No wonder Apple collects such huge pile of money. Apple does not help the US economy at all. It does not hire people in the US and let the Chinese work for it while sitting on the huge pile of cash under its ass. It tries to reduce the tax to the US by making its products abroad. I do not get the iSheeps admire it at all.

    • i don’t know if i will buy galaxy note, but i do know i will not buy iphone.  time for another company to come up with a phone against the big brother.

    • Jealous ? I’m leaving my ipos in the dust, so sick of all these bull limitations. I didn’t used to mind and be almost as stupid as this guy. Can’t wait to leave the uss. Shitwagon, aka apple inc

    • You couldn’t be more WRONG in your assessment of this phone and it’s future success for Samsung in the market.  This phone will change the game of phone/tablets, sell tens of millions of units; and force Apple to follow suit with future releases of their iPhone.  Most of us are dependent on these manufacturers, but we aren’t stupid: Why have 3 or 4 extraneous devices, when you can carry (in your pocket just fine) just one?

  2. I will own this phone… I am not happy that the release date is mid February and not late January, but that is more due to my uncontrollable excitement to own this phone. For those of you that think it is “too big” go read one on the 75 5 star reviews on Amazon… they don’t seem to be having a problem with it…

But whatever, I’m 6’2 240 and now I FINALLY have a phone that even my giant bear claws can use… and seeing that I can fit an entire blackberry playbook in my pocket, I don’t think that the Note will be an issue.

BUT! Samsung better not release the rumored Note 2 for AT LEAST 6 months… they delayed the SGIII so they will probably delay that phone as well…

  3. I think this phone is a bad idea. Too big for a phone , too small for a tablet.

Personlly would pay an additional 200$ and get a tablet insted. Holding the phone looks akward, I cant imaging how much more akward it going to be holding against the ear.

Stylus would be a good idea on an full tablet ,maybe…
