AT&T has recently begun offering a discount on select Fitbit activity trackers. This offer is fairly simple — buy an HTC One (M8) and get a $50 discount on the Fitbit One or Fitbit Flex. The One (M8) can be purchased on a two-year agreement or using the AT&T Next plan.

For reference, the HTC One (M8) is $199.99 on a two-year agreement, and $32 per month for 20 months under the Next 12 plan or $24.62 for 26 months under the Next 18 plan. Regardless of the path you take to purchase the HTC One (M8) — this means a deep discount on the Fitbit.

The Fitbit One and the Fitbit Flex both regularly sell for $99.99. The $50 discount, when purchased with an HTC One (M8), means you’ll be getting the Fitbit at half-off. AT&T also ships the One (M8) with the Fitbit app pre-installed. But more than just having the app pre-installed — there is some BlinkFeed integration.

Those using an HTC One (M8) with a Fitbit will see achievements in BlinkFeed. Of course, you can also launch the Fitbit app to see a more in-depth status. The Fitbit One is the tracker that can be worn on your waistband. This model is available in black and burgundy. The Fitbit Flex is the wrist-worn tracker and is available in black and slate.
