When it seemed that we had seen the last ASUS ZenFone 2 variants finally released 3 weeks ago in India with whopping 64GB and 128GB internal storage options, the Taiwan-based manufacturer again pulled a fast one by announcing another variant of the ZenFone 2 family in Brazil – this time with probably the largest internal storage option you can find on a smartphone in the market today, and calling it the ASUS ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition.

That’s a looong name for a smartphone, but the internal storage option matches the length of the variant’s name, with a full 256GBs of storage space now available in the ASUS ZenFone 2 Deluxe Special Edition. This phone comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD display, powered by a quad-core 2.3Ghz Intel Atom Z3580 processor with 4GB RAM and 4G connectivity.

This is aimed at media enthusiasts and those who want to take lots and lots of videos on their phones. You can do that with the 13MP main camera that allows you to take 1080p videos. The phone will be running the latest Zen UI based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Lastly, the new phone will be powered by a 3,000mAh battery and will have dual SIM capability. ASUS announced that the phone will be available next month in Brazil, but no pricing information has been released as of yet.
