The app puts you in the middle of the Times Square action and you might even see your face on the giant Toshiba screen beneath the ball. You get a continuous countdown to show when the ball will drop. You can submit photos of your New Year’s festivities for other people to vote on.

The app will also give you information about Times Square with weather, photos, maps, show schedule and more.
