There are often conflicting reports about devices that circulate in the technology world. Reports typically conflict the most on unannounced and unreleased products. The only thing you can really do is wait for the manufacturer to officially announce the particulars to get the truth.

Yesterday I mentioned a report that claimed Acer would not be launching its Android and Windows dual-boot notebook this year. According to the report yesterday Acer was pushing the machine due to lack of interest.

Today we get a conflicting report from PC World that claims Acer is on track to deliver the netbook in Q3 after all. PC World says that Acer itself has reiterated the Q3 time frame so I guess Android is coming on a netbook this year after all.
