Huawei unveiled the MediaPad 7 Vogue tablet back in June. That model was sporting a 7-inch display and voice calling and as of today Huawei has announced a similar model. This latest is aimed at the younger generation and called the MediaPad 7 Youth. Basically, Huawei seems to be pushing this as the "perfect portable companion for the connected generation to enjoy their independence."
