Samsung Captivate Glide review

It seems that lately Samsung has been trying to cover all levels of the smartphone market, and with most carriers too. With the Samsung Captivate Glide they've done just that over on AT&T. Along with the Doubletime and a few other phones they have the entire range covered. Today we'll be showing you the mid to higher end of that spectrum with the Captivate Glide and its slide-out QWERTY keyboard and dual-core processor. It might not be the biggest or the best but it will put up a good fight, that is for sure.

HTC Trademarks more names, HTC Rhyme and Enamor

HTC has been making sure to trademark a few names lately for upcoming devices and we are now seeing even more pop up. Back in July we saw a large list of trademarked names that all seemed to be centered around "speed" but the newest few we are now seeing are a bit different.

HTC Marvel Headed to T-Mobile, Hits the FCC

You may have heard of the HTC Marvel before but if not we first got wind of it back in May in a leaked roadmap for T-Mobile. We heard it would be launching close to or right along with the HTC Doubleshot also known as the myTouch 4G Slide, with that phone coming sometime in July the Marvel might hit this month also.

The T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide has seen its fair share of news lately and with good reason. It is the big brother to the popular myTouch 4G but with a full slide out keyboard and a powerful 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor as well. You can see the official news right here. We have heard a lot about the upcoming myTouch 4G Slide as of late, from leaked roadmaps to full out actual photos of the phone being leaked. It is safe to say the myTouch 4G Slide (aka HTC Doubleshot) is headed to T-Mobile, and soon.

T-Mobile G2 Warranty Replacement Phones Shipped with Gingerbread by Mistake

Internal documents now being circulated at T-Mobile are showing what we have heard a few times but have yet to confirm. Apparently multiple warranty replacement HTC G2 phones were shipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread by mistake. The G2 currently runs vanilla Android 2.2 FroYo and is still waiting for the OTA upgrade to 2.3 but it looks like that update is closer than we thought. Gingerbread recently was leaked for the G2 but that was the last we heard of it.

T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide revealed in accessory photos

We have been hearing about the HTC DoubleShot for a while now. That is the code name for none other than the T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide that is coming soon. Just last week some blurry photos of the device were leaked to the press, and now today we have some accessory cases showing how the final design will most likely look.

We have been hearing about a device like this under the name the HTC DoubleShot lately and that was the code name for what we all believe is the MyTouch 4G Slide. My Blurrycam was lucky enough to find this device and snap a few photos for us all to enjoy. If you have not heard it will be just like its older brother but feature a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard.

HTC Sensation 4G Launching on T-Mobile IMMINENTLY [Update: Tonight?!]

Well would you look at that, a clue for us to be following. A job listing has popped up in the Houston, Texas area for a "Tech Savy BA" that would be working an event for T-Mobile on June 8th that'll "showcase 3 new HTC phones." You know what that means, I know what that means, but just for the sake of literally writing it out, let's discuss what it COULD mean. There's a whole list of possibilities, and certainly we wouldn't want to overshadow the new KING of HTC devices, so what shall we guess?

With AT&T hot on the heels of T-Mobile trying to acquire their entire network, some would think T-Mobile would be sitting back a little bit but it seems to be just the opposite. They are showing no signs of slowing down any time soon with all the phones they are planning and releasing in the coming weeks. We have a leaked roadmap that shows just about everything, but I'll stick to the android parts.
