Samsung Hercules Pictures Leak, Including Benchmark Results

The popular Samsung Galaxy S II aka Hercules for Telus has showed its face again today and this time we get a view of some impressive benchmarks to go with it. One of the first Samsung Hercules shots we've seen was also a leak running on Telus and tonight it's no different. This is another clear picture of what to expect in the Hercules and it looks like the Nexus S and Galaxy S II combined into one beautiful device.

Samsung Hercules Spotted in the Wild?

We have heard the name Samsung Hercules more than a few times. Original reports suggest the Hercules will be the Galaxy S II variant for T-Mobile with a large 4.5" screen. It appears to have been spotted in the wild running on TELUS and from first glance the hardware looks stellar and I want it already.

An early accessory listing leaked the names of Samsung Galaxy S II variants for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint, leaving T-Mobile out of the loop. Today though it looks like there may be another "hero" phone coming T-Mobile, in the form of a phone named (for now anyway) the Samsung Hercules, a phone with the power of the Galaxy S II, and the size of AT&T's new Infuse 4G.

Cyanogen looking for CM Installer app testers

Cyanogen had previously announced they were working on an app to simplify the installation process. Perhaps a bit nicer, it was said that installer app was going to be arriving in the Play Store. Well, flash forward till today and it looks like progress is being made towards that release. We have yet to see any sort of timeline given, however Koush has put out the call for beta testers.

It was only a month ago that CyanogenMod released its first monthly build, and now, one month later to the day, they have delivered M2. The M-series monthly build is meant for users who want to forgo some of buggier builds that come with the nightlies. It still lets them get the latest features, but the builds tend to be much more stable.
