4G Setting Menu Found hidden in HTC Droid Incredible’s Software

We all know that Verizon is planning on launching their ultrafast 4G network starting later this year and into 2013. In fact, although we just got official word last week it looks like device manufacturers were already anticipating a 4G network and testing, or at least implementing the software needed to connect to it. The Droid Incredible’s 4G settings menu, found below, was accessed via a simple Gesture Search (a Google app/search method).

Now just because the software is there, it does not mean the phone supports 4G, Verizon’s future 4G, or has any firm meaning other than HTC was preparing it for future phones. However, if this somehow means HTC’s Droid Incredible could utilize Verizon’s 4G network that is launching, there will be a lot of happy campers come year’s end.
