HTC is staying rather casual this year at IFA 2012, but their low profile did manage to bring one new smartphone to our hands. Meet the recently announced HTC Desire X. It's more compact than the larger HTC One X and One S, while having a bump in size and specs over the budget-aimed One V. HTC is aiming for the middle of the road mass market with this device so lets take a peek.

Lenovo announces IdeaTab ICS tablet family – keyboard dock included

Lenovo has just announced an entire family of new Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich tablets here at IFA in Berlin, Germany, and we have all the details. Today they've actually kicked off by re-introducing the IdeaTab S2110 (known as the Lenovo S2) tablet hybrid rocking a keyboard dock similar to the Transformer Prime as shown below. Google Now updated with new notification cards and team edit options

We have some excellent news this evening. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean's awesome Google Now feature, also known as Google Search has just received a very nifty update from Google today adding tons of awesome features. As many of you know Google Now gives weather and traffic alerts, sports scores and more all in neat and easy to read cards. Now they've added tons of new notification cards and the option to edit teams.

Samsung CEO: Lawsuits won’t hinder our ability to produce the best products

Samsung is rather busy this morning announcing a slew of new products and devices onto the world and Android scene. While speaking on stage here in Berlin, Germany for Samsung Unpacked during IFA 2012 Samsung's CEO made it clear that the Apple lawsuit won't cause any problems. And took the chance to take a shot at Apple -- claiming Samsung makes the best products in the industry. We'd have to agree!
